Dr. Rabie Yahya Salman Saaid completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2005 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Timisoara, Romania. He holds a Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (MRCEM), UK, and has earned multiple certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and trauma care.
Dr. Rabie began his clinical career in Sudan, where he completed his internship at Sudan Teaching Hospital. He then served as a Medical Officer at ENT Hospital – Khartoum and later worked in both the Emergency and Internal Medicine departments. In 2011, he moved to Saudi Arabia, working for several years as an Emergency GP Resident at Mohayil General Hospital and later at Yanbu General Hospital, where he led the ER team and provided frontline emergency care for six years.
In 2021, Dr. Rabie relocated to the UAE and joined as a General Practitioner in the Critical Care and Long-Term Care Unit managing critically ill patients.
Currently, Dr. Rabie is a General Practitioner at Salma Rehabilitation Hospital, where he provides care for long-term and critically ill patients. His clinical focus includes managing ventilator-dependent patients, overseeing care plans for chronically ill individuals, and conducting emergency procedures including rapid sequence intubation, central line placement, arterial catheterization, chest tube insertion, and hemodialysis catheterization.
Dr. Rabie’s areas of expertise span emergency medicine, critical care, internal medicine, and long-term care. His experience includes supervising ER teams, developing individualized patient care strategies, and closely monitoring patients in ICU and LTC settings.
