Initial contact between SCRH Admission Manager and a potential patient can be established via diverse channels (e.g. referral, family contact, active marketing, oversea contacts)

CONSENT

CONSENT

The child’s family is involved in the full transparent process and gives a formal consent for the physical assessment of the patient.

ASSESSEMENT

ASSESSMENT

Our multi-disciplinary team (admission committee) will assess the medical condition and suitability for our hospital.

INSURANCE

INSURANCE

The insurance coverage of the patient will be checked and a pre- approval will be obtained from the insurance provider.

TRANSFER

TRANSFER

The transfer of the patient will be prepared and arranged by our staff with our own transport vehicle or dedicated ambulance service.

Initial assessment and referral documentation from International Patient Care team.

3. ADMISSION AS LONG-TERM CARE

Patient admitted to Salma Rehabilitation Hospital for continued specialized care.

4. CONTINUE REHABILITATION PROGRAM

Comprehensive rehabilitation services tailored to patient's specific needs and goals.

TRANSFER

5. OPERATIONAL TRANSITIONAL CARE

Ensure safe discharge home with proper support systems and follow-up care plans.
